ResultsThe fundamental observation was that the general idea of Drive-thru Internet is feasible and that significant throughput rates can be achieved when driving through a Drive-thru cloud. Figure 1 depicts the observed throughput in relation to the distance to a Drive-thru IEEE 802.11b access point. The different graphs represent different measurement runs at different vehicle speeds. |
